I/We understand that participation and involvement in the Prenatal Class(es) Webinar Series involves education about labour, delivery, medical interventions, post-natal and newborn care. This webinar education (and any included literature) is not intended to be used for diagnosis or treatment or as a substitute for consulting your doctor or other licensed health care professional. Please note the use of cameras, video equipment any other recordable devices are strictly prohibited. I/We hereby release, and give up any rights to sue for damages and/or other relief against the instructor(s), Markham Prenatal & Newborn Education, a Division of Insception Biosciences Inc., Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre and each of their owners, shareholders, directors, officers and employees from all liability relating to the education provided, my/our pregnancy, labour, delivery or in the case of my/our child.
